DPS(6kW) High Frequency Isolated AC DC Bidirectional Converter Module For Lithium Battery Testing Equipment
Using the latest optimized hardware design, advanced control algorithm and advanced manufacturing process, the HF isolated bidirectional power supply is specially developed for lithium battery testing equipment, AC and DC analog power supply, feedback electronic load, EV charging and discharging equipment and energy storage equipment. Intelligent forward and backward operation, seamless switching, can meet the occasion of two-way energy transformation, and has high frequency isolation function, higher security. At the same time, the product is equipped with on-grid/off-grid switching function, and the switching time is not more than 10ms, which can be applied in more occasions.

- Intelligent grid-connected operation, bidirectional high power factor, bidirectional low harmonic current, can effectively improve the quality of the power grid;
- With intelligent reactive power compensation and harmonic compensation;
- With off- grid/grid-connected switching function, the switching time shall not exceed 10ms;
- With islanding protection (settable), intelligent forward and backward operation to improve system reliability;
- With multiple modes of constant voltage, constant current, constant resistance and constant power;
- Support series and parallel capacity expansion, extend the DC side voltage to DC 1200v, cascade form three-phase system, can be applied to more occasions;
- The latest charging and discharging test technology will not cause interference to the BMS management system, which is suitable for daily discharging, charging and multiple cycles of lithium battery;
- Voltage, current, power, etc. can be set, wide output voltage range, to meet the charging and discharging requirements of most lithium battery packs and energy storage equipment;
- The intelligent DSP design realizes the full digital control of the energy storage converter module and determines the high reliability of the control;
- Multiple safety protection, input over and under voltage protection, output anti-reverse connection protection, short circuit protection,over temperature protection, air duct abnormality detection, etc.
